What is your dress code?Our dress code is smart casual. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing flip-flops, slides, sandals, athletic apparel, shorts, etc.

Can I wear perfume/cologne?In order to provide a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone, please refrain from using any strong perfume/cologne to avoid disturbing other guests and chefs. Thank you for your understanding.

Can you accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies?Unfortunately, certain dietary restrictions such as no rice, gluten free, no raw fish, no shellfish, vegetarian or vegan, cannot be accommodated. Please reach out to the restaurant about any allergies at least 48 hours before your reservation time.

Do you offer gift cards?We are pleased to offer gift cards for Omakase Table and Ryokou, which are available for purchase and make an excellent choice for any occasion. Please visit out Gift Card web page to make a purchase.

Are children allowed to dine in?We are committed to providing a sophisticated experience for all our patrons. To maintain this ambiance, we kindly request that all guests be 12 years of age or older.

What is your cancellation policy?Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice before the reservation time. Cancellation within the 48 hour may result in a cancellation fee of $245 per person. Waiver of the fee is at the discretion of the restaurant. Reduction in the number of guests in a party and no-shows is also subject to a fee of $245 per person.

Can I reschedule my reservation within 48 hours of my reservation time?Rescheduling your reservation within 48 hours of your reservation time will result in a fee of $50. Any further reschedules will result in an additional $50 and a cancellation will result in a full charge of $245 per person. Waiver of any fees is at the sole discretion of the restaurant.
