An Intimate Omakase
Omakase Table by Leonard Yu is a Twelve-seat omakase dining experience coming mid-October 2022 to West Midtown. Our fish is sourced directly from Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo to ensure the highest quality sushi possible. We boldly season our Niigata prefecture koshihikari rice blend with nanatsuboshi rice from Hokkaido with aged red vinegar to achieve a perfect flavor harmony between the fish and rice.
Our menu changes daily based on season and market availability.
